We have enjoyed the 3 day stay at the hotel very much. The hotel is located in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. You can explore the whole town on foot.

This is a very new hotel with excellent staff, very clean rooms and nice breakfast. Internet access very good, wifi in all rooms, small 'business center'. All very professional !!

Our arrival to the Hanoi Happy Hotel was a disaster. We had just got f the plane from France and rather exhausted when reception told us our room was not available ( I had booked 2 months previous) and moved us to an other hotel a couple of doors down.

A perfect stay! What else can I say. Wonderful room, exactly the right part of town, great service, free WIFI, great bed, quiet. Perfect

The staff were so friendly, the hotel rooms/bathrooms were spotless, and the location is great. Highly recommend this hotel.

We were very happy at the Hanoi Happy Hotel and the staff were very helpful. It is comfortable, quiet with double glazed windows and modern. We especialy enjoyed the location between the old and the French quaters and just a couple of blocks from Lake Hoan Kiem.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Transfer from (to) the airport has been granted in time. Restaurant at the hotel is small but choice of dishes for lunch, dinner wonderful. Breakfast is also nice pleased.

Rooms were small, but well laid out and clean. The service was very good. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. They will get you a cab and protect you from mafia taxis'.
