Great place to stay with very friendly staff

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Transfer from (to) the airport has been granted in time. Restaurant at the hotel is small but choice of dishes for lunch, dinner wonderful. Breakfast is also nice pleased. The room was on the eighth floor, everything was working, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed a mini-bar - at checkout even have the reception it, but money does not have a dime. In addition, given a wonderful tool for healing wounds:) If we once more in Hanoi - then again only in this hotel.
Stayed June 2011, traveled We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The rooms are a great size, comfy bed, free Wi-fi and nice bathroom. Hotel is well located and near loads of places to eat and drink. The staff were very friendly and helped us book a Halong Bay tour, although they did only seem to offer 2 or 3 of the cruises, not sure if they have a deal with some of them. Breakfast is average though – nothing special. They also offered us a deal for our room and undercut the price we had paid for our first night on a discount website. And they stored us stuff for free whilst we were in Halong Bay. And finally – they prepared a takeaway breakfast for us as he had to leave before they started serving – and I’m fan of any hotel which does this! Overall, a great base for a stay in Hanoi or for a trip to Halong Bay.
